Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring computer systems and networks to ensure smooth and efficient operation. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting our IT team with day-to-day tasks.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer systems, servers, and network operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes to protect critical information.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Run diagnostic tests and analyze system errors, taking appropriate corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure system security by following IT protocols and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Generate, review, and maintain logs and reports of system performance and errors.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
- Coordinate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Provide basic technical support to staff and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT professionals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and system monitoring tools.
- Basic understanding of data backup, recovery, and security procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
